I love a routine.
I love waking up knowing that I'm well equipped to seize the day.
I love making breakfast for my girlfriend.
Nurture, so important.
I love bringing her potions in bed and for her to wake up feeling loved, nurtured, nourished, taken care of....
There's Sun Potion supplements all over our kitchen, and she always asks me about them. Truth be told, I'm no expert, I just know they make me feel good...
All of them!
So I mix whatever I have around, and I call it our Magic Morning Potion.
It's basically a high protein hot chocolate with the most goodness in it.
Here's how this one goes:
Ingredients(for 1 big cup of goodness) 1/2 tsp. of Rhodiola 1/2 tsp. of Moringa 1/2 tsp. of Lion's Mane 1/2 tsp. of Reishi 1 tbsp. of Cacao 1 tbsp. of Tocos 1 tsp. spiced honey (for a little spicy kick!) — or a drizzle of Bio-Active Honey 1 serving of your protein of choice* *(this morning I used a vanilla plant protein) |
MethodFill the rest of your cup with warm vegan milk of your choice.
(I like to use unsweetened flax milk — the vanilla unsweetened one is yummy too.)
If you're feeling extra fancy, you can blend it all in a high-speed blender to make it extra foamy and creamy.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is in the Magic Morning Potion?
Rhodiola, Moringa, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cacao and Tocos, blended with warm plant milk, honey and the protein of your choice — essentially a high-protein hot chocolate.
Which tonic herbs work well in a morning drink?
Rhodiola, Lion's Mane and Reishi are traditionally used to support focus and a steady sense of well-being, which is why they turn up so often in morning rituals.
Can I make it without a blender?
Yes — whisk the powders into a little warm milk first to avoid clumps, then top up the cup. A high-speed blender just makes it foamier.
