How it works

• Your first order with The Circle: 10% back, to use within 60 days
• Every order after: 3% back, to use within 180 days

Your credit is added to your account when your order ships, and we'll send you a note when it lands. There's nothing to join and no points to track.

For Subscribe & Save members

Subscription orders don't earn store credit. Instead, every 6th delivery comes with a free Travel jar of your choice, on us. New members receive their first with their 3rd delivery, then every 6th after that.

When a gift is next, you'll see it on The Circle page in your account, where you choose your jar: Ashwagandha, Reishi, Pine Pollen, Mucuna, Yin Power, Pearl, Chlorella, Shea Butter or Solar Rose Water. It's added to your order at no charge. If you don't choose, or your pick is out of stock, we'll send the Travel size of what you subscribe to (or Pine Pollen).

Checking and using your credit

To see your balance

1. Select the account icon at the top of sunpotion.com.
2. Enter the email you order with. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
3. Once you've earned credit, your balance appears in your account.

To use your credit

1. Sign in to your account before you check out, or sign in at checkout with the email on your account.
2. When you reach payment, your available credit appears as a way to pay. Apply it to your order.
3. Pay any remaining balance with your usual method.

Credit can be applied to orders with a subtotal of $60 or more. If you don't see your credit at checkout, make sure you're signed in with the email your credit was issued to, and that your subtotal is $60 or more.

Share Sun Potion

After your order, we'll email you a personal link to share. Your friend gets 15% off their first order, and once they order, you get 15% off your next. Referral codes are for new customers, can't be combined with other discounts, and are good for 60 days.

Terms of The Circle

Earning

• Credit is earned on one-time orders placed on sunpotion.com while signed in to your account, or checked out with the email on your account.
• Credit is calculated on your order subtotal after discounts. Shipping, tax and gift card purchases don't count.
• Your first order with The Circle is your first order placed on or after October 8, 2026, whether you're new to Sun Potion or have been with us for years.
• Subscribe & Save orders, wholesale and trade accounts, and purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces don't earn credit. Subscribe & Save members receive a free Travel jar every 6th delivery instead.
• If an order is returned or refunded, the credit earned on it may be adjusted or removed.

Using your credit

• Store credit can be applied to orders with a subtotal of $60 or more, before shipping and tax.
• Credit from your first order is valid for 60 days from the day it's issued, and credit from later orders for 180 days. Credit expires automatically after that.
• Store credit has no cash value. It can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined across accounts.

The Subscribe & Save gift

• The gift is a Travel jar added to a Subscribe & Save order at no charge. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged for store credit.
• Pausing, skipping or cancelling your subscription doesn't reset your count. If you come back, it picks up where you left off.
• If an order carrying your gift is cancelled before it ships, the gift moves to your next delivery.
• Wholesale and trade accounts aren't eligible. The jars on offer may change with availability.

Points from our previous rewards program

• Points from our previous rewards program have been converted to Circle store credit at $1 per 100 points, up to $50 per customer, valid for 365 days from the day it's issued.

The fine print

• We may update The Circle or its terms from time to time. If we ever end the program, credit already in your account will be honored until it expires.
• We reserve the right to withhold or remove credit gained through misuse, fraud, or orders that don't follow these terms.
