To begin a return, please reach out to us. We will provide a return shipping label. Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Eligible returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Eligibility and Restocking Fee
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, a 15 percent restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of handling, processing, and the return shipping label.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@sunpotion.com and we will replace it or issue a refund without any restocking fee.
Free Shipping on Orders over $150
We offer free ground shipping within the United States on orders totaling $150 or more. If your order qualifies, select the free delivery option at checkout or over the phone at 866-676-8466.
This offer applies only to orders shipped within the United States. Free shipping is not available for international orders, wholesale accounts, or discounted purchases involving promo codes.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was received and your payment method was pre-authorized.
Order Shipment
Orders usually ship within 7 days from the purchase date. Most orders ship sooner, though processing times may vary throughout the year. If you need expedited handling, email us at order@sunpotion.com.
If you do not receive tracking information within one week of your order, feel free to follow up.
Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it and contact us right away at order@sunpotion.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods.
