Free Shipping on Orders over $99!

We are excited to offer you free ground shipping within the United States on orders meeting or exceeding $99. If you qualify, select the free delivery (up to 12 business days) option at checkout or over the phone at 805.798.7356.
This offer is valid only for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders, wholesale accounts and other discounted purchases. 
        

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

Your order will ship within 3 business days from the purchase date.  In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time.  If you need rush order processing, please contact us at 1 (866) 6POTION.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at  hello@sunpotion.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us at hello@sunpotion.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods.
