Sprouted Oat and Banana PancakesĀ from our friend McCauley Tawpash...
These pancakes are super easy to make and contain healthy fats, fiber and skin loving ingredients!Ā
Ingredients

1 cup sprouted oats

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

2/3 cup coconut yogurt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cardamom

1 tbsp tocos
Method
Add oats to a high speed blender and blend until you have a flour-like consistency. Add bananas, eggs, coconut yogurt, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom and tocos and blend until you get a smooth batter.
Using a 1/4 measuring cup, pour the batter onto a hot pan. Once bubbles start to form, about 3 minutes each side, flip. Serve hot with fresh berries, butter and maple syrup!
