GYAN MUDRA KRIYA MEDITATION - Sun Potion

GYAN MUDRA KRIYA MEDITATION

This meditation powerfully connects you to your inner wisdom, inner guidance and intuition. It awakens the divine teacher within. An effective part of this meditation is the pranayama, a breath technique which will restore and rebuild your Ojas!

Ojas is the essential energy for the body and mind. In the practice of Ayurveda, Ojas is thought to be responsible for vitality, strength, health, long life, immunity and mental/emotional wellness. When we are young we are full of Ojas, but as a result of living life our Ojas can become depleted. Due to environmental factors, societal stress, daily habits and certain thought patterns we can exhaust our energetic reservoir.

This sequence of breath work will revitalize you psychologically, physiologically, emotionally and energetically which replenishes your life reserve or your OJAS!
