Noticeable benefits!

Part of my daily routine now

I add a spoon of this to each cup of coffee in the morning and my skin is less red, less rashy, and reactive. It feels smoother and softer and my dermatologist noticed significant improvement in my overall health and skin during my last appointment. This supplement is the only one I have stuck with consistently recently and it’s time to order my second bag. One of my relatives ordered a bag after seeing my results. So while I can’t say for sure what this does, I have been trying to improve my health and I think including this as part of my routine has helped significantly. Plus it tastes good with my coffee and creamer. It’s not gritty or chalky at all.
