Shipping policy
At Sun Potion, we take great care in ensuring your order is handled with intention and care from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. We offer standard and expedited options within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at order@sunpotion.com with your order number and details so we can help investigate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Sun Potion is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email order@sunpotion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
