Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods, like holidays and launches, it can take up to 5. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier. We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are carrier estimates and can vary with weather, carrier volume and other factors outside our control.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on US orders of $150 or more after discounts. Not available on international orders or wholesale accounts.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are set by the destination country's government, not by Sun Potion. Where available, they're calculated and collected at checkout; otherwise the carrier may collect them on delivery. They're the customer's responsibility and aren't refundable.
If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because duties or fees weren't paid, the original shipping cost, duties and return shipping aren't refundable. Once the package is back with us, we'll refund the product price minus the return shipping we're charged, or reship it at your cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or missing, email order@sunpotion.com with your order number and we'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email order@sunpotion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
