What is Reishi, and how do I use it?

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a revered tonic mushroom with a long history in Chinese herbal tradition, where it's affectionately called the "queen" of mushrooms. As an adaptogen, Reishi is traditionally valued for supporting a sense of calm, everyday stress resilience, and overall well-being.

It has a deep, earthy flavor that pairs beautifully with cacao, coffee, and warm spices.

How to use it: start with 1/2 tsp. per day, stirred into tea, coffee, or a blended tonic. Like all tonic herbs, Reishi is traditionally enjoyed in small amounts, consistently, over time.

A simple evening tonic:

1/2 tsp. Reishi

1 cup warm cacao or chamomile tea

a little raw honey

Stir, sip, and unwind. xx
