What is Moringa, and how do I use it?

Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a nutrient-dense leaf often called a "superfood tree," rich in vitamins, minerals, and plant nourishment. Moringa is traditionally valued for supporting everyday nourishment, digestion, and natural energy.

It's a fresh green powder with a mild, earthy flavor — wonderful in smoothies, matcha, or water.

How to use it: 1/2 to 1 tsp. per day in a smoothie, green juice, or blended tonic.

A nourishing green:

1 tsp. Moringa

1 cup coconut water or plant milk

a handful of greens + fruit, blended

Blend and enjoy. xx
