I use this every morning and have for several years. You don’t realize that it’s working until you notice one day that- wow -the normal seasonal allergies aren’t happening! I’ve told several people and they would use other brands or capsules without the same results. Only when I finally convince them to use Sun Potion do they realize the results. Love!
