Can I combine tonics — and how much should I take?

Great question — and a common one! Tonic herbs are wonderfully flexible, and yes, most can be enjoyed together.

Serving size: about 1/2 tsp. per herb is a lovely daily amount. As you add more herbs, you can ease each one back a touch.

Combining: it's generally fine to enjoy several tonic herbs in the same day — many people blend 3–5 favorites into one tonic. Start simple and listen to your body.

Consistency over intensity: tonic herbs are traditionally taken in small amounts over a long period of time, so gentle and steady wins.

A go-to blend:

1/2 tsp. each of Reishi, Cordyceps, and He Shou Wu in warm plant milk
