1/4 tsp. Reishi
1 tbsp. Tocos
8 oz. cashew or oat milk, warm
Heat the milk on the stove (any plant based one you enjoy), just lightly simmering and add the herbs at the low heat, whisk together until combined and serve in your most cherished mug. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon or cardamom.
