Delicious and warming spiced apples + pears coated in Fall flavors and heirloom cacao-based Anandamide, a superfood and adaptogenic herb powder blend. By @abrooklynbabe Denise Nicole.

As the weather cools and the leaves begin to change, nourishing and warming foods are on the menu. For a filling and energizing Fall treat try these cooked apples coated in a yummy cacao pumpkin glaze. Anandamide is the powerhouse in this recipe, loaded with cacao and other herbs and spices that promote harmony, clarity and love.

Warm Pumpkin Cacao Apples & Pears


3-4 medium sized apples and pears, chopped

3 tbsp. mashed pumpkin

2 tbsp. Anandamide

2 tbsp. maple syrup

2-3 tbsp. coconut oil

½ tsp. vanilla extract



Warm all ingredients except fruit and Anandamide on medium heat on the stovetop. Mix together and let bubble up slightly.

Toss in fruit and coat with mixture, simmer for ten minutes, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat and sprinkle in Anandamide, combine ingredients  completely. Plate and serve with love.


Anandamide is a blend of Raw Cacao, Tocos, Ashwagandha Extract, Maca, Reishi, Mucuna Pruriens Extract, Rose Petals, Moringa, Astragalus Extract, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cayenne, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Himalayan Sea Salt, Love.
