Hi there! Ashwagandha can certainly be enjoyed in a green smoothie! Some others we recommend to support anxiety: Reishi, Bacopa Tincture, Mucuna Pruriens (powder or tincture form). These can be enjoyed together or on their own in a morning or evening tonic.
