I suffer from anxiety and low mood, I’m currently taking your Ashwagandha 1/2 tsp, which I mix with my green smoothie (I hope it’s ok to take it this way). I feel that it really helps. Is there anything else I could add...

Hi there! Ashwagandha can certainly be enjoyed in a green smoothie! Some others we recommend to support anxiety: Reishi, Bacopa Tincture, Mucuna Pruriens (powder or tincture form). These can be enjoyed together or on their own in a morning or evening tonic.
