Hi there, the easiest way to take the powders is to add the recommended amount into a warm drink of choice, like your morning coffee, tea or smoothie. Let the hot liquid cool a bit before adding the herbs, so that you don't harm the beneficial living nutrients. Also, you can add them to a warm soup or use them in salad dressings.
