Hi there and thank you for asking! Since we are not practitioners or herbalists and everyone's experience with adaptogens and tonic herbs is unique, we recommend consulting an herbalist if possible. That being said, I would recommend looking further into the following adaptogens that aim to reduce inflammation, support digestion and balancing hormones. Pine Pollen, Reishi, Ashwagandha and Moringa are the ones I would look into more. You can begin with just one or make a tonic with a few of these!
These herbs alongside an anti-inflammatory food approach may be helpful in combating this diagnosis and work to support in a myriad of ways.
A potion to try: A green leafy juice with 1/2 tsp. Pine Pollen and 1/2 tsp. Moringa in the morning!
