For baking, we recommend using the serving size listed on the jar to determine how many servings you would like to be included in your dish. If you are using them in a bread or a cake, you might want to use 4-5 servings, but it also depends on the size of what you are baking. If you are adding a powder to a dessert as a topping, you can use 3-4 servings or less depending on the flavors and desired look/texture. It really is up to you. For stronger flavored herbs such as Ashwagandha, you may want to start with a smaller serving size and try adding more the next time you cook with it. There is no right or wrong way, but we would suggest starting with smaller portions.
