Stephanie Bindernagel is an Ohio native. She played Division 1 volleyball and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Indiana State University, where she gained in depth knowledge of the human body, and its functionality. Followed by a trip to Southern California to partake in a plant based culinary program at PlantLab, her passion for health and wellness exploded. She now works to fuse her two favorite concepts together: the human body, and food. “Food is medicine, we have the intuitive power each day to nourish our bodies with nutrient dense foods, to maintain health and create harmony in the body and mind” She specializes in plant-based cuisine and culinary nutrition, with emphasis on microbiome and skin health. She has a deep rooted passion for creative cooking, art, movement, particularly yoga, and reading.
