Our Green Adaptogen is a blend of Suma, Chlorella, and Maca Root—three traditional foods valued for supporting energy, resilience, balance, and overall well-being.

Suma, a Brazilian root known as “Para Todo” (translated as “for everything”), has been traditionally used to promote vitality and balance. A natural source of electrolytes, Suma was noted for its use by Russian athletes in the 1970s. Suma root is also a source of naturally occurring saponins, iron, magnesium, silica, cobalt, zinc, germanium, and a wide spectrum of vitamins (including A, B1, B2, B6, and E).

One of our favorite Sun Potion ingredients, Chlorella are nutrient-dense algae that contain approximately 50% protein. Chlorella is also a natural source of antioxidants, calcium, potassium, folic acid, iron, vitamins (like B12 and C), fiber, and omega-3s. Chlorella is often associated with supporting gentle detoxification, digestive health, and overall vitality.

Maca Root, also known as Peruvian ginseng, provides a nutty, earthy flavor along with a broad range of nutrients. It naturally contains vitamins B1, B2, B12, C, and E, as well as calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and amino acids. Maca is traditionally recognized for supporting stamina, balance, and overall vitality.
